
The company “AmonRa Energy” JSC distributes a dividend of 1 million leva to its over 100 shareholders, the company announced on the website of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE). The minutes of the general meeting of shareholders are published on the BSE platform https://www.x3news.com/ . At the general meeting, the shareholders adopted the company’s annual report for 2024, the management and audit reports, and elected an auditor for 2025.
The dividend amount is formed from the profit of “AmonRa Energy” for 2024 in the amount of 1,198,124.09 leva. 198,124.09 leva have been allocated as a reserve, the published documents also show. The amount of the dividend per share gross is 0.1599668 leva, and net (only for individual shareholders) – 0.151968 leva.
This is the third consecutive year in which the company has distributed a dividend. “AmonRa Energy” JSC is currently the only photovoltaic company for supply, installation and service, listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, segment “Beam”. The company’s philosophy is that up to 80 percent of the profit is paid out immediately to shareholders, and not after 10-15 years, they inform.
In 2025, AmonRa Energy plans to break ground on a logistics base in Shumen. It will serve Northeastern and Central Bulgaria. Commercial and warehouse premises will be rented out in it. This year, the company began its own production of structures for solar systems and charging stations in Dragoman. In terms of energy storage systems, the company also has its own developments – UPS and batteries for domestic and industrial users. The company plans to enter a new segment by offering air conditioners and heat pumps.
“AmonRa Energy” is a distributor of photovoltaic modules, inverters, battery systems, electrical installation materials and structures in Eastern Europe with offices and warehouses in Bulgaria, Romania, North Macedonia, Serbia, Ukraine and Greece.
On the Stock Exchange, AmonRa Energy shares are being bought for 12.20 leva each. Last year in July, these shares were traded at 13.47 leva, and then the company distributed 0.24 leva in gross dividend.
