AmonRa Energy AD has received 90% of the profit of its subsidiary CERB Solar EOOD for 2022 as a dividend, the public company announced.<\/p>\n\n
The dividend amounts to 861,538 leva, according to a statement by AmonRa Energy, published through the Bulgarian Stock Exchange-Sofia.<\/p>\n\n
The remainder of CERB Solar’s profit for 2022, in the amount of BGN 95,727.29, remains as the company’s retained earnings.<\/p>\n\n
For the first half of the year, AmonRa Energy reported a consolidated net profit of BGN 2.41 million, with consolidated revenues of nearly BGN 27.2 million and expenses of BGN 24.8 million.<\/p>\n\n
The company distributed 80% of its profit for 2022 as a dividend to shareholders by decision of the general meeting in early July. The amount is just over 4.9 million leva. <\/p>\n\n
AmonRa Energy is the first photovoltaic company on the BEAM market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange-Sofia. The company was listed at the end of November 2022, raising just over BGN 3.1 million from investors. <\/p>\n\n
The company’s shares rose by 1.2% compared to the first day of trading and the issue price (both prices coincide – 12.4 leva per share).<\/p>\n\n
