AmonRa Energy AD became the first photovoltaic company on the stock exchange in 2022. On November 30, 2022, the company managed to raise over BGN 3,116,000 in capital through an initial public offering (IPO) on the BEAM market for small and medium-sized enterprises on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
We are extremely satisfied with this result! Raising capital on the stock exchange will allow us to be even more transparent for clients, investors, and partners.
We are the largest supplier of solar systems in Bulgaria. We have the ambition to become one on the Balkan Peninsula as well. We will use the funds raised to accelerate our development and capture a larger market share.
